By 2024, the Post Hotel was facing a critical issue with its outdated satellite TV system. Guests frequently reported fuzzy visuals, muffled audio, and a limited selection of only 27 channels. With satellite infrastructure deteriorating and full-scale rewiring proving too costly due to the building's age, CRMR sought a modern, reliable streaming solution that would require minimal disruption—and no renovation.
